La Toya Jackson says she's "very much engaged."  On Wednesday's "Good Morning America," La Toya confirmed that she's marrying her longtime business manager Jeffre Phillips.

Her engagement will be captured on the upcoming season two premiere of "Living With La Toya," her reality show on the Oprah Winfrey Network.  On Saturday's new episode, La Toya says fans will get to see her fiance asking her father Joe for her hand.  She jokes that Joe "is a nice guy, but he's not the easiest person to talk to."

The 57-year-old says she does have dreams of being a mother, revealing that she and Jeffre haven't ruled out starting a family.  She adds that if she were to have a child, her first-born would be named Paris -- as a part of a childhood pact she made with her late brother Michael and close friend Kathy Hilton.

Congratulations to La Toya!
