Lil Nas X Plots Debut EP '7' Release Date: See The Artwork

Lil Nas X is intent on showing the world that he's more than just "Old Town Road."

Over the weekend, the viral star took to social media to announce details regarding his debut EP called 7, which is scheduled to drop this Friday (June 21). "7 DROPS ON JUNE 21ST!!" he captioned the set's animated cover art, which sees the 20-year-old star sitting atop his horse with a city landscape in front of him. Among the seven tracks that are set to be part of the upcoming collection include the Billy Ray Cyrus remix of his current smash, as well as a song called "Bring U Down" featuring Ryan Tedder, which appears to be the follow-up single.

In his cover story for Teen Vogue, the star spoke about the detractors who have already deemed him to be a one-hit wonder. "I've watched this happen over and over and over and over again. I've been the hater before. I've hated for no reason, so I'm seeing out [of] their eyes," he said in the interview, which was published earlier this month. "They're hoping that this doesn't happen. They don't know sh*t."
